Hello, I’m Kirsty, a confident life coach who specializes in coaching individuals with neurodiverse conditions. I offer coaching services for all neurodiverse conditions, including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, and Dysgraphia and I also work with non-neurodiverse individuals. Allow me to explain what coaching entails; it involves partnering with someone to help them overcome barriers and obstacles, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations. Just as athletes have coaches to support them with training, schedules, and techniques, a life coach assists people with their personal development.

My coaching approach focuses on helping clients surmount obstacles and barriers that hinder their progress. Together, we collaborate to identify solutions and strategies that empower them to make positive changes in their lives. As a coach, my role is not to provide clients with ready-made solutions. Instead, I strive to work alongside them to help them discover their own solutions that are tailored to their unique circumstances. This approach is more powerful and successful, as it allows clients to take ownership of their growth and development. However, I recognize that at times, clients may benefit from initial assistance as they gain a deeper understanding of themselves and uncover solutions.
